How does the Referral Program Work?

You will receive a new customer referral payment for each new customer’s initial transaction. 

Whom can I refer?

You can refer any customer who has not previously contacted PCL Group LLC and is not currently a customer of PCL Group LLC.

What is the criteria for an eligible referral?

New customers who meet all legal requirements per Florida Statute 539.01, and have not previously conducted business with PCL Group LLC are eligible as a potential referral if they complete a loan or buy transaction with PCL Group LLC. You are eligible to receive a new customer referral payment for each eligible customer’s initial transaction.

How will you verify the customer I referred and apply it to my account?

Potential referral customers MUST bring with them the PCL Group Referral Card with your information written legibly on the reverse of the card. You may also attach your business card to our referral card if applicable. If you need additional referral cards, email <> or call our office at 904-544-9031.

Is there a way for me to track the status of my referrals?

Unfortunately, due to Privacy Laws we are unable to give out any customer information concerning transactions. However, we can confirm generic non-identifying information on referral stats.

My referral forgot to use my referral card. Is there a way to track it back to my account?

We are unable to track referrals back to your account if the new customer did not bring a referral card with your identifying information at the time they conducted the initial transaction.

Payment for Referrals

How much will I get paid for my referrals?

You will receive a new customer referral payment of $100 for each new customer’s initial transaction. Referral payment may from time to time be adjusted. We will update this page with any such changes prior to such adjustments.

What information do I need to provide to get paid for my referrals?

Once you are eligible for your first payment, you will receive an email asking for you to complete a W9 for tax reporting purposes. We must have this information on file prior to processing your new customer referral payment.

How and when will I get paid for my referrals?

On the 25th of the month, following the referrals you made that are eligible for payments, you will receive a check based on the information you provided to PCL Group LLC via IRS Form W9. 

Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the new customer referral program, and you are responsible for all taxes and local requirements and fees. Program and awards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations.

The referral customer and the referring individual may not be an employee, legal representative, or partner of  PCL Group LLC or any Affiliate of PCL Group LLC. Nothing in the Referral Program shall be deemed to create any kind of relationship between the referrer and PCL Group LLC or any of PCL Group LLC’s Affiliates. The referrer has no authority to represent or bind PCL Group LLC. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Good Faith

We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. Please note that we may withhold referral payments where we believe customers and/or referrers are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program.  We cannot cover every potential scenario, nor will we attempt to, but we do promise to be fair and reasonable.
