Depending on the collateral used and the amount borrowed, our monthly interest rates range from 25% to 3% (300% APR & 36% APR).

We DO NOT conduct credit checks or employment verification. The terms of the loan is based solely on the item(s) you pledge as collateral.

Your minimum monthly payment is based on the amount you choose to borrow.

We base our loan to value ratio on the estimated wholesale value of an item. Typically, we loan anywhere from 50% to 75% of the estimated wholesale value.

PCL GROUP does NOT charge additional fees on top of the interest. We factor those costs into the monthly interest fee so that you, the customer, will never be surprised with unknown fees.

All items are stored in our fireproof, UL-rated vaults protected by state-of-the-art surveillance and alarm systems with 24-hour security. Likewise, your items are fully insured while in our possession for the life of
your loan.

We are proud to have 40+ years of expertise in the collateral loan industry. We have GIA-certified staff, and we are supporting members of various associations related to our industry. Moreover, we strive to serve each customer based on his or her specific needs and achieve our GOLD STANDARD of customer service.

 

We offer both options. Our BUY process is similar to our LOAN process. If you would rather sell your assets outright, then we will be more than happy to purchase them. This information is part of what we determine in our initial consult with each customer.

We offer validated parking services in the One Enterprise Lot on the corner of Hogan Street and Bay Street just behind the Omni Hotel. Remember to bring your parking ticket to your appointment for us to complete validation! service.

 

PCL Group does not operate as a traditional retail pawn shop and does not accept every item presented. Items must be verifiable, marketable at a wholesale level, and align with our lending model. Each inquiry is reviewed individually through a brief vetting process prior to scheduling an appointment.

All loans are structured in 30-day terms, with the option to renew every 30 days. This is one of the most common points of confusion, and we make sure clients fully understand the loan structure before moving forward.

While PCL Group holds a required pawn license, the experience and process are very different from a traditional pawn shop. We are not a retail storefront and do not operate with walk-in counter service. Appointments are private, scheduled in advance, and conducted one-on-one in a secure, discreet environment.
